Highway Users President & CEO Greg Cohen spoke at a press conference with “The Big 4″ Senators on the Committee on Environment and Public Works (EPW). Chairman Inhofe (R-Okla.), Ranking Member Boxer (D-Calif.), Subcommittee Chairman Vitter (R-La.), and Senior Subcommittee Member Carper (D-Del.) and other industry leaders rallied support for the DRIVE Act, a new highway bill that provides sustainable long-term funding through 2021. The Committee approved the bill unanimously by 20-0 vote on June 24th.
