In early May, Reps. Conor Lamb (D-PA) and Bob Gibbs (R-OH) launched an effort to drum up transportation industry support for providing much-needed economic infusion to struggling State DOTs as a result of the pandemic. Many industry groups, including the Highway Users, signed onto the Dear Colleague and helped to generate support for the Congressional letter to House leadership.
