On December 4th, the Highway Users sent a letter to Senate and House Appropriations Committee leadership urging them to complete the fiscal year (FY) 2021 Transportation, Housing and Urban Development, and Related Agencies (THUD) appropriations bill before the current continuing resolution expires on December 11th.
