On May 12th, the Highway Users submitted comments on the Notice of Proposed Amendments (NPA) for the 11th edition of the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD) for Streets and Highways. The NPA proposes the first significant update to the MUTCD in over a decade.
