On January 6th, the Highway Users joined with five industry stakeholders to offer input on the FHWA and its Office of Operations’ National Work Zone Safety Strategic Plan. The timing and vision is commendable especially considering the new Bipartisan Infrastructure Law, which potentially creates a significant increase in roadway construction projects leading to exposures to workers who labor on these roadway projects.
